You, the user, own the output generated from Daydrm. Daydrm does not and will never claim ownership of ideas you generate. The user owns all the inputs and the outputs of our models.

No. The model does not learn from user inputs. Text inputted is not used for any service improvements, including model training.
No. We do not use your inputs or outputs for training models.
Your fine-tuned model is yours alone to use and is not served to or shared with other customers or used to train other models. The fine-tuned model can be deleted at your request.
You retain all rights to the inputs you provide to our tools. You also own any output you rightfully receive from the services to the extent permitted by law.
Our vendors encrypt all data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and use strict access controls to limit who can access data. Our vendors have security teams with on-call rotation that has 24/7/365 coverage in case of any potential security incident.
Our vendors have been audited for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
